Daniel Schumann is an associate at the firm’s Frankfurt office. He is a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation practice group.
Daniel joined the firm as an associate in June 2021. Previously, he was a judge at the State of Hesse.
He studied law at the University of Göttingen. As a scholarship holder within the "Hannover Insurance School" framework, a cooperation between the Competence Center for Insurance Sciences and the Hannover insurance industry, Daniel completed his doctorate on a topic related to data protection law and insurance law. During his legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt, he completed a supplementary course at the German University of Administrative Sciences in Speyer.
