Dante primarily assists technology clients in revising master services agreements and drafting statements of work. He also works in software licensing, intellectual property, and entertainment law.

Alongside his legal experience, Dante is recognized for his leadership credentials, demonstrated during his tenure as the student body president in his undergraduate studies and as a distinguished D1 track and field athlete. He is also a committed advocate for diversity and inclusion. As a Black professional who has overcome the challenges of a low-income background, Dante brings an insightful and valuable perspective to our firm. His inspiring journey of resilience and determination continues to drive his professional contributions and foster an inclusive culture within the team.

Before joining the firm as a full-time associate, Dante worked two summers as an associate with us. During this time, he gained extensive exposure to various facets of legal work, ranging from in-depth legal research and drafting to client interactions and case management. His responsibilities included researching and preparing opinions on complex cases, handling sensitive information, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to drive case progress.

Dante also played a crucial role in the due diligence processes for several high-profile transactions, where he honed his ability to identify potential legal risks and provide strategic recommendations. His experience provided him with a deep understanding of client needs, honed his skills in delivering under pressure, and reinforced his capacity to navigate the complexities of technology transactions.
