The firm's Paris Employment team will be hosting the second session of its webinar series: "Doing Business in France: Different Types of Employment Contracts".

The webinar will be on Thursday, 12 March at 4pm (CET) and will be an insightful session dedicated to the key labor aspects of establishing a business in France, with a specific focus on French labor and employment law.

This webinar will cover various topics including:

  • When and how to use fixed-term vs. indefinite term contracts
  • Key provisions and the compliance considerations for each type of contract

This session will also be organized in collaboration with the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC), and one of its members will be present.
