Dylan previously served as a summer associate in the firm’s Charlotte office. During law school, Dylan served as a legal extern with a major healthcare system, where he assisted with corporate, contractual, and regulatory matters. Dylan also served as a legal intern with a large financial institution, where he performed research on developments in corporate governance law and regulatory matters. Prior to attending law school, Dylan worked on Capitol Hill.
