Emily Poniatowski is an associate and a member of the Environment, Land, and Natural Resources practice group. Emily advises clients on environmental permitting, enforcement and compliance issues under various state and federal statutory and regulatory schemes including the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, New Jersey Spill Act and CERCLA. Emily is also a member of the firm’s Government Contracts and Procurement Policy practice group and assists clients with a variety of procurement compliance and licensing matters.  

Emily previously served as a summer associate at the firm. During law school, Emily also gained experience as a law clerk for a litigation firm. Her role involved assisting in various aspects of civil litigation and no-fault insurance litigation suits. She drafted complaints, motions, discovery materials, and correspondence, as well as conducted research.
