We work with clients involved in every aspect of the global energy, infrastructure, and resources space through a variety of legal disciplines. We serve project sponsors and developers in power generation, renewable energy, oil and gas, mining, transportation, and social infrastructure, as well as investors, banks, manufacturers, and contractors involved in financing, building, and operating these projects.

Our lawyers in Asia, Australia, Europe, the Middle East, North America, and South America have experience across a broad range of disciplines, including project development, finance, construction, energy and environmental regulation, government contracting, public policy, cross-border investment, acquisitions, and dispute resolution.

K&L Gates' energy, infrastructure and resources team is particularly strong in commodity transactions and infrastructure projects in the gas/LNG and power sectors. The group is led by Paolo Zamberletti, who is recommended for transactional and commercial matters, as well as disputes. In 2020, litigator Andrea Campana, who often handles IP, costs and bankruptcy disputes for energy clients, made partner.
