Eric Yoon Elected President of Foreign Law Firm Association of Korea

Eric Yoon, a partner in K&L Gates’ Seoul office, was recently elected as President of the Foreign Law Firm Association of Korea at the association’s annual meeting. The association was founded in 2014 and its membership consists of 27 non-Korean law firms from four countries (Australia, China, the United Kingdom, and the United States) that maintain a foreign legal consultant office in Seoul. Eric is the third person to serve as President for the organization. His term, as well as the term of the other members of the leadership team elected at the same time, will be for a two year period.

Eric is well known for his knowledge and experience in banking and financial services regulation, as well as the cross-border mergers and acquisitions practice areas in which he has been serving his clients for over 30 years. The firm congratulates Eric on this distinguished appointment.
