Advised on the design and build contract based on FIDIC Yellow Book for refurbishment of the semiconductor manufacturing facilities in South East Asia.
Advised on the terms of an agreement for the provision of an electrolyzer.
Advised in relation to the novation of the design and construction contract and the systems maintenance contracts and ancillary documents for a metro network in the Middle East.
Advised on the terms of an agreement for a Pre-FEED Study for the design of a 20MW electrolyzer for the production of green hydrogen.
Advised on the CA$150 million-200 million supply agreement and licensing agreement for a tender for the design, manufacture, and supply of a 250-500MW electrolyzer for use in a green hydrogen production plant.
Advised in relation to the procurement, design, and construction of a new line on the Mass Rapid Transit system in Taiwan.
Drafted template standard terms for the supply of electrolyzers to be used in the production of green hydrogen.
Advised on a tender for the supply of electrolyzers to a hydrogen production facility for the production of liquid hydrogen for a ferry operator.
Advising a global operator of sustainable infrastructure on NEC-based contract forms for the supply chain for its contracts in relation to Heathrow asset renewal and maintenance projects.
Advising a global developer on a bespoke EPC agreement in relation to proposed solar rooftop facility developments in Indonesia.
Advised a rail operator on the novation of signalling contract packages to a new contractor with ancillary documents.
Advising on the procurement of and construction documentation for a proposed pier construction and ferry procurement.
Advised on the turnkey agreement based on FIDIC Silver Book 1999 for a new line on the Mass Rapid Transit system in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Advised a global rail provider on various construction matters, including drafting bespoke forms of contract for projects across the UK.

Contentious Experience

Acting for a major rail operator on a dispute against the designer in relation to defective design, arising out of a significant rail extension project.
Advised a multinational contractor with responding to a prolongation claim by a joint venture partner, arising from construction of a substation in the UK.
Advising a multinational M&E contractor in respect of a high-value DIAC arbitration regarding a major infrastructure upgrade project in Dubai.
Acting for a multinational energy company on two separate adjudications arising out of disputes at various power stations located in the UK.
Advised on an ad hoc arbitration under the UNCITRAL Rules representing a consortium of five major international oil companies in relation to a US$10 billion LNG facility project in Africa.
