Saya Lee is an associate and a member of the construction and infrastructure practice group. She acts for clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters, and focuses on complex infrastructure and construction developments.
Saya has worked on construction disputes arising from major projects in the UK and overseas, including High Court litigation, international arbitration, adjudication and mediation.
Saya also advises international and national employers, developers, funders, contractors and consultants on standard form infrastructure / construction contracts (JCT, NEC and FIDIC) and appointments, as well as bespoke forms.
Saya is fluent in Korean.
