Representing an ASX-listed company in the New South Wales Supreme Court and Court of Appeal in litigation concerning the appropriate mechanism for calculating the earn out of a sale purchase agreement.
Representing a national construction company in relation to shareholders dispute in the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
Acting for a global direct selling company in an expedited hearing in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in relation to an urgent membership dispute with its trade association and representative body.
Representing an Australian-owned petrol retailer and importer in the New South Wales Supreme Court and Court of Appeal in relation to the interpretation of a commercial property lease.
Acting for a professional services provider responding to notices and investigations issued by regulators and government agencies, including managing large-scale document review and electronic production.
Acting for a premium agriculture supplier in relation to various complex debt recovery and enforcement disputes.
Acting for a global legal technology company in relation to allegedly misleading and deceptive comparative marketing published by a direct competitor.
Representing a Sydney-based real estate investment management group in landmark litigation seeking to recover unpaid rent from tenants owned by The Just Group which have refused to pay rent in full since the COVID-19 pandemic.
