Acting for large Australian owner, manager and developer of retail assets in relation to a proposed variation and renewal of a lease at a major Victorian Shopping Centre.
Acting for Reece Australia in negotiating and preparing agreement for lease of an industrial warehouse space from Australia Pacific Airports Melbourne (APAM).
