Sarah Taylor

Sarah Taylor is a senior associate in the Melbourne real estate team with broad experience in all aspects of property transactions. Her clients include property developers, landlords, tenants, investors, listed entities, major financial institutions, government bodies and private individuals. Sarah has developed particular expertise in commercial, industrial and retail leasing, property acquisitions and disposals, property development work, and assisting with the real estate aspects of corporate transactions involving entity restructuring, acquisitions and disposals, and divestments. Sarah has developed a versatile skill set from her involvement in a range of corporate real estate transactions across multiple jurisdictions, from which she has provided bespoke advice on complex legal arrangements in relation to land title particulars, equitable interests in land, discharge of registrable interests in land, owners corporations and strata law. 

Sarah acts for clients on commercial and retail leasing transactions, including negotiating and drafting technical agreements for leases, including leasing of purpose-built premises.

Sarah has assisted in agribusiness transactions, including providing specific advice on aspects of water licensing, private and public water entitlements, and mining tenements.
