Represented NextNav Inc., a Virginia-based leader in next-generation positioning, navigation, and timing and 3D geolocation, in connection with the sale of US$190 million of 5% redeemable senior secured convertible notes in a private offering.
Represented Crane Company in its acquisition of Technifab Products, Inc., a leading provider of vacuum insulated pipe systems and valves for cryogenic applications headquartered in Indiana. Crane Company is a Stamford, Connecticut-based industrial products company.
Advised National Arbitration & Media Holdings, LLC on its sale of its alternative dispute resolution business.
Represented Crane Company in its acquisition of Vian Enterprises, Inc., a designer and manufacturer of lubrication pumps and system components technology for aerospace and defense applications located in California.
Represented DynTek, Inc., a leading provider of professional technology solutions, in a merger with a peer.
