Erica was a summer associate in the firm's New York office. During this time, Erica co-authored a client alert regarding the Basel Committee's public consultation on crypto assets, and conducted legal research on precedent proxy statements for a public company. In addition, she prepared and drafted a response to requests for admissions before a trial involving trademark dispute. Erica also reviewed and organized deposition digests, participated in phone conferences with clients and opposing counsel, and assisted with a pro bono case by preparing and drafting a family court guardianship petition. Before attending law school, Erica worked for a leading global auction house.
