Represented a construction firm in its dispute with the federal government related to the firm’s remediation of a dam owned by the US Army Corps of Engineers.
Successfully defended a civil engineering firm in lawsuit filed by its joint venture partner concerning disputed work share under the joint venture’s engineering contracts with the federal government.
Represented an electrical and mechanical contractor in successful litigation against a project owner related to the contractor’s construction and installation of conveyor systems for the owner’s automated warehouses.
Represented construction project owner in successful appeal of Prompt Pay Act issues before the Tennessee Court of Appeals.
Second chair in a five-day arbitration resulting in a multiple-six-figure award for a subcontractor client and dismissal of all counterclaims against the client.
