Acted for a buy-side international client pursuing multiple potential acquisitions in Australia.
Advised Southern Cross Electrical Engineering Limited (ASX: SXE) in relation to its acquisition of the Trivantage group of companies for an enterprise value of up to AU$53.5 million.
Advised CoinFlip Enterprises LLC on its entry into the Australian market and the acquisition of an Australian cryptocurrency ATM business.
Advised Real I.S. on the acquisition of two commercial office assets pursuant to two interdependent transactions. The assets were 10 Waterloo St, Surry Hills & 119 Kippax St, Surry Hills. The combined acquisition was the largest office investment on record in the CBD fringe area of Surry Hills.
Advised Hexagon AB on its acquisition of iConstruct Pty Ltd (a provider of building information modelling software).
Private Equity
Represented a decarbonisation private equity fund in its buy-out of a leading UK organics waste recycling business developing a High Solids Anaerobic Digestion (HSAD) plant.
Represented a Netherlands-based private equity fund in its acquisition of Dublin-headquartered technology and marketing company which provides services to over 400 independent and group hotels in Ireland and the UK.
Advised Collins Street Asset Management as financier in connection with a number of secured convertible note transactions, including secured convertible note financing of Matrix Composites & Engineering Ltd (ASX: MCE) and secured convertible note financing of GBM Resources Limited (ASX: GBZ).
Venture Capital
Acted for all four investors on a Series B equity raise for a digital healthcare leader operating across the UK and Ireland.
Acted for an existing investor participating in a Series C funding round for a world leading technology platform for managing distributed and flexible energy resources.
Represented the lead investor in a Series A funding round for a space-tech company developing optical systems for high-speed, secure communication infrastructures.
Advised Fair Supply Analytics on aspects of its Series A capital raising led by AirTree Ventures, with participation from Tidal, the Minderoo Foundation and Queensland Investment Corporation.

Advised a mining client on legal compliance and operational agreements.
Advised multinational clients on the reporting requirements of the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth), including drafting modern slavery statements and policies.
