Ellen Richmond is a senior associate in the corporate group in Perth. Ellen advises clients in the mining, technology, health and energy sectors on a range of corporate matters including public Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), private M&A, venture capital, private equity, corporate governance and Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB).
Ellen has acted for a range of entities in navigating Australia's complex foreign investment regulatory regime, including assistance in the preparation of applications to Australia's FIRB and works to obtain the appropriate approvals.
Ellen also regularly provides governance and structuring advice to associations and not for profits in Western Australia. Ellen a strong contributor to the firm's pro bono practice and plays an active role in ensuring access to justice is available for those less fortunate in the Australian community.
