Involved in an employment matter concerning breach of confidentiality and non-compete/non-solicit clauses under the employment agreement.
Acted for a provisional liquidator and subsequently appointed liquidator in winding up proceedings.
Acted for successful defendant in a matter concerning breach of confidentiality and lawful conspiracy.
Acted for a plaintiff in minority oppression proceedings.
Involved in an arbitration regarding a breakdown in a joint venture with a major brewery business under the SIAC Rules 2016.
Involved in an arbitration concerning disputed oil trades under the emergency arbitrator procedure of the SIAC Rules 2016.
Involved in an arbitration concerning a TMT dispute under the expedited procedure of the SIAC Rules 2016.
