Represented a financial services company as CMBS master servicer in connection with a series of contemplated and non-permitted borrower equity transfers involving DST borrower structures and the roll-up of common membership interests across multiple loans totaling more than US$600 million.
Represented a financial services company as CMBS master servicer in connection with the upper-level borrower equity transfer implicating multiple serviced loans totaling more than US$49 million and the transfer of 59 single-tenant, net lease office properties. The transaction included the transfer of borrower equity interests to a Maryland REIT which was subsequently spun-off to become a separate, publicly traded entity and the substitution of the existing non-recourse guarantor under each loan.
Represented a financial services company as CMBS master servicer in connection with a transaction involving borrowers under common ownership, and implicating permitted and non-permitted equity transfers across multiple loans totaling more than US$22 million. The transaction included the substitution of the non-recourse guarantor and certain modifications to the loan documents.
Represented a premier provider of wealth and institutional services as special servicer, in the exercise of lender's remedies related to the maturity default of a US$12 million loan secured by a New York City multifamily property.
Represented an investment management servicer focused on structured commercial real estate debt in connection with the exercise of certain preferred equity interests across multiple loans secured by multifamily properties across multiple states.
Represented a premier provider of wealth and institutional services as servicer in connection with the exercise of cash management remedies and subsequent resolution following a tenant go-dark event implicating a US$60 million loan secured by a suburban office property.
Represented a premier provider of wealth and institutional services as special servicer in connection with the extension and modification of multiple distressed loans totaling in excess of US$100 million involving common borrower sponsorship.
