Acted for BirdDog Technology Limited (ASX: BDT), a world leader in network device interface and Internet protocol video technology, in its AU$133 million initial public offering and associated capital raising.
Acted for BirdDog Australia Pty Ltd in its AU$13.75 million pre-IPO convertible note funding.
Acted for Australia-based Yumbah Aquaculture Ltd, a shellfish aquaculture company, in an underwritten entitlement offer of AU$40 million.
Acted for Island Pharmaceuticals Limited (ASX: ILA), Australian antiviral drug development company Island Pharmaceuticals Limited, in its initial public offering and associated capital raising totalling AU$20.2 million.
Acted for Butn Limited, an Australian Fintech business, on its AU$12.5 million pre-IPO fund raising and oversubscribed initial public offering raising AU$20 million.
Acted for Macarthur National Ltd in a scrip for scrip acquisition of a number of long day care centres and a retirement village and a simultaneous AU$10.6 million capital raise. The value of the acquisitions and capital raised was AU$43.1 million.
Represented Yumbah Aquaculture Ltd in connection with its 100% acquisition of Cameron of Tasmania Pty Ltd, an oyster farming concern, for AU$20 million in cash and shares.

Acted for Australia Post on its acquisition of a minority interest in Shiperoo.
Acted for DuluxGroup on its acquisition of the Seasol business.
Acted for DuluxGroup on its acquisition of the Pental business.
Acted for Pinnacle Underwriting, an insurance managing general agent, and its shareholders on a majority sale to United Risk Global, LLC.
Acted for DTIQ, a US-based intelligence platform, on its acquisition of Summit Innovations, a provider of video surveillance and loss prevention solutions.
Advised Cleanaway Waste Management on its acquisition of Global Renewables: key strategic acquisition valued at ~AU$168 million.
