Alex returns to the firm having first worked as a lawyer in the Melbourne team (2020 to 2021). Over the past four years, Alex has worked in the corporate advisory teams at an Australian commercial law firm and an international law firm. His work has included advising on M&A, capital raisings, and banking and finance transactions.
He also worked on secondment as Legal Counsel at Cleanaway Waste Management for four months.
