Alex is a senior corporate lawyer in our corporate team at the Melbourne office. His focus is on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital markets and corporate governance. 

Alex returns to K&L Gates having first worked as a Lawyer in the Melbourne team (2020 to 2021). Over the past four years, Alex has worked in the Corporate Advisory teams at an Australian commercial law firm and an international law firm. His work has included advising on M&A, capital raisings and banking and finance transactions. 

Alex has also worked in-house as Legal Counsel, while on secondment, at Cleanaway Waste Management.
