Advice to a group of owners in connection with the re-development of the St James area in Edinburgh City Centre which will consist of 850,000 sq ft of retail space, luxury hotel, aparthotels and services apartments and nearly 200 homes.
Advice in relation to the construction of No. 1 New Oxford Street which is a 100,000 sq. ft office-led re-development of one of midtown's most prominent buildings.
Advice to London Borough of Barking on their innovative housing model on the Gascoigne Estate to deliver 381 units as part of a housing estate re-development. This included a complex development management agreement with a housing association.
Advice to institutional investors on their proposed major development in the City of London, including advice on construction contracts for the development of approximately 900,000 sq. ft of office and retail space.
Advice to an international pension fund on construction contracts involving negotiations with freeholders and Network Rail on a development in Farringdon. This included tunnel works and discussion on complex asset protection agreements.
