Represented a telecommunications infrastructure company in a US$1.4 billion securitization of cell tower leases.
Represented a leading wireless telecommunications provider in the real estate aspects of a US$45.7 million acquisition transaction involving 96 wireless telecommunications sites in Missouri.
Represented a telecommunications infrastructure company in obtaining a settlement of a multimillion-dollar breach of contract and fraud lawsuit against a television broadcasting company arising out of an M&A transaction.
Served as national litigation counsel for one of the United States' largest telecommunication infrastructure companies. Represented client in multiple real estate litigation matters.
