Fawad Zafar Rashid is an associate in the firm’s Finance practice. Prior to joining the firm, he served as an associate for an international law firm specializing in the energy and transportation sectors. Through this role, Fawad drafted ancillary finance documents, including refund letters, remarketing letters, and corporate certificates for the relevant parties. In addition, he reviewed finance documents, prepared legal opinions, and drafted facility agreements and aircraft leases.
