Along with the Emerging Markets Coalition (EMC), we will be hosting the Fifth Annual "Out of the Weeds" at the firm's Washington DC Office on Tuesday, 2 September 2025. New panels this year include a state cannabis regulator panel, EMC’s cannabis lending guidelines, cannabis investing, and the federal and state regulatory update. Guests will be invited to stay for a happy hour reception following the panel discussions.

  • Tabatha Robinson, JD, MBA, Director of the Maryland Cannabis Association
  • Shekia Scott, Senior Cannabis Industry Manager for the City of Boston and previously served as the inaugural Director of Equity and Community Outreach for the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission
