Gala Laurent is an associate in the firm’s Finance practice. She has experience representing large financial institutions, public companies, private equity firms and their portfolio companies, and debt investment funds in a broad range of finance transactions, including acquisition and cross-border financings, asset-based facilities, syndicated loan financings, direct lending transactions, and mezzanine financings, as well as high-yield debt offerings. Gala also regularly counsels banks and investment funds on establishing and negotiating subscription line facilities. In addition, she has advised public companies with respect to general corporate law considerations.
