Garrett Peery is an associate in the firm's Real Estate practice. Prior to joining the firm, he served as an associate at a San Antonio law firm, where he managed numerous concurrent loans, leases, acquisitions, and dispositions. Garrett conducted title reviews; drafted and revised all manner of real estate documents; and provided service to clients with retail, multi-family, and industrial portfolios. He has worked on various multi-million dollar deals, including multiple asset purchases and secured loans.
