Gianmarco Marani is a trainee in the firm’s Milan office, where he is a member of the IP Procurement and Portfolio Management and Technology Transactions and Sourcing groups.
He graduated from the University of Macerata in 2021 with a final dissertation in Data Protection law entitled “The balance between the principle of Transparency and right to Personal Data Protection on the basis of ruling 20/2019 of the Constitutional Court".
In 2022, He achieved the LL.M. in “Intellectual Property, Competition and Innovation law” from LUISS Guido Carli
