Gloria Tam is a senior associate in the corporate group focusing on corporate governance, commercial transactions and mergers and acquisitions. She has broad experience across various aspects of corporate commercial law and has acted for both buyers and sellers on business and share sales, equity investments, joint ventures and private M&A transactions across a range of industries including technology, insurance, food and energy (wind and solar projects).
Gloria provides practical legal advice throughout all stages of the deal cycle (from initial due diligence to deal completion) and also advises foreign investors on Foreign Investment Regulatory Framework (FIRB) applications and navigating regulatory and licensing requirements.
