Henry Brockway is an associate in the firm's Antitrust, Competition, and Trade Regulation practice. He advises clients on all aspects of antitrust law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. Henry routinely represents clients before the US Department of Justice Antitrust Division (DOJ) and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) in all phases of merger review and advising on all aspects of the deal process including risk assessment, negotiations, diligence, information exchanges, gun jumping, Second Request compliance, advocacy, economic analysis, and pre-closing integration planning.
Henry regularly counsels clients on the spectrum of antitrust issues arising in the ordinary course of business.
Henry also represents clients in antitrust litigation brought by private plaintiffs and federal and state government agencies involving claims of price-fixing, hub-and-spoke conspiracy, and monopolization, and has experience representing clients in non-merger conduct investigations by the DOJ, FTC, and state attorneys general.
