Ivan Ascott is a staff lawyer in the e-discovery analysis and technology (e-DAT) group. Ivan manages large and complex e-discovery and litigation projects. He has substantial experience in all phases of electronic discovery. His representative casework includes a variety of complex matters, including antitrust, patent, and construction litigation, as well as responding to sensitive public records act requests.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Ivan worked in purchasing and transportation logistics in the chemical and coffee industries. He is a licensed US Customs Broker. Before joining K&L Gates, he was a law clerk for Starbucks Coffee Company.
