Jacob S. Trevick

Jacob Trevick is a partner in the Tax practice group, working with businesses as well as private equity firms on a variety of complex tax issues. His practice encompasses both domestic and cross-border matters, including mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, tax-efficient structuring and reorganizations, partnership and joint venture tax planning, post-merger integration, supply chain structuring, tax treaty issues, and direct foreign investment.

In addition to his advisory work, Jacob has published articles on cross-border tax topics in the International Tax Journal and regularly presents on technical tax developments at industry webinars hosted by Strafford and Wolters Kluwer. Recently, he partnered with the firm’s Policy and Regulatory practice to deliver alerts to clients on the proposed Section 899 retaliatory tax provisions in the 2025 One Big Beautiful Bill Act. 

Prior to joining the firm, Jacob served as an international tax and transaction services senior manager at a multinational professional services network.
