Jaren Butts is a member of the firm's Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions practice group. Jaren focuses her practice on general corporate law matters across a wide range of industries, including technology, financial and business services, manufacturing, and transportation. Jaren also focuses a significant portion of her practice on emerging growth and venture capital transactions, advising global financial institutions and other corporate clients on early-stage investments in leading fintech and other venture-backed companies, including advising on matters regarding compliance with the Bank Holding Company Act and reporting requirements under the Securities Exchange Act.
