Palmer Smith is an associate and a member of the Commercial Disputes practice group. He represents clients in complex commercial litigation and arbitrations. His practice encompasses a broad range of business disputes, including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and joint venture matters, as well as catastrophic personal injury and civil rights litigation.

Palmer previously served as a summer associate with the firm. During law school, he regularly represented K-12 students and their families before public school disciplinary boards.
