Jordan Davin is a trainee solicitor and a member of the Asset Management and Investment Funds practice. Prior to joining the firm, Jordan was a legal executive at an international law firm where he assisted the investment funds and asset management and global fund registration teams. Through this role he assisted in the registrations of both UCITS and QIAIF funds and subsequent general legal duties involved in the management of such funds, and provided support to promoters, asset managers and management companies in connection with the global registration passporting, private placement and distribution of investment funds in EEA and non-EEA countries.
