Joseph F. Welborn, III

Joe Welborn is a partner in the firm’s Nashville office and a member of the Complex Commercial Litigation practice group. He is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and has almost 30 years of trial experience in business and commercial litigation, including shareholder, corporate M&A, banking, contractual, real estate, intellectual property, and business tort disputes.

Prior to joining the firm, Joe served as an attorney at a full-service U.S. law firm where he gained considerable experience across a variety of practices and industries. In addition to his commercial litigation experience, Joe has represented individuals and businesses in civil rights cases, personal injury and wrongful death cases, and trust and estate planning disputes.
