K&L Gates Adds Paris Corporate Partner

Paris - The Paris office of global law firm K&L Gates LLP has added Raphaël Bloch as a partner in its corporate/M&A practice. He joins K&L Gates from Allen & Overy LLP.

Bloch focuses his practice on corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint-ventures, investments, and divestments. He advises French and international companies and investors on local and cross-border transactions across a wide range of industries and has significant experience advising banks and fintechs as well as media/entertainment, gaming, music, and technology companies.

Bloch’s arrival follows the additions of corporate partners Harry Kingsley (Melbourne), Christopher Bellavia (Seattle), Jason Murray (Miami), and Steven Olenick (New York) this year, as well as a number of other new partners and of counsel to K&L Gates during the first three months of 2020, including in the firm’s Seattle, New York, San Francisco, and Miami offices across practices such as health care, environment, land and natural resources, asset management and investment funds, and government contracts.
