Global law firm K&L Gates advised Frankfurt-based private equity investor Tempus Capital in connection with the acquisition – and its financing – of Postcon National GmbH and its subsidiary mailworXs GmbH, both sold by private equity fund Quantum Capital Partners.

The Ratingen-based B2B specialist reaches every household nationwide in cooperation with partners and its own network.
