K&L Gates Assists Acumen Information Systems on Acquisition by Pine Services Group
Global law firm K&L Gates LLP assisted Acumen Information Systems, LLC, a Clermont, Florida–headquartered Sage Diamond Partner, in its acquisition by Pine Services Group, the enterprise resource planning vertical of Evergreen, a family of managed IT services and software partners.
Founded in 2008, Acumen has built strong momentum within the Sage ecosystem, providing implementation and support services for solutions including Sage 300 and Sage Intacct, with particular strengths in the hospitality and heavy equipment sectors. Under the transaction, Acumen will continue its operations within Pine Services Group, expanding Pine’s Sage expertise and vertical capabilities.
