K&L Gates Counsels Brooge Holdings and Brooge Petroleum and Gas Investment Company on Combination with Twelve Seas Investment Company

New York - Lawyers from global law firm K&L Gates LLP have advised Brooge Holdings Limited and Brooge Petroleum and Gas Investment Company FZE (BPGIC) on its combination with Twelve Seas Investment Company. The transaction, previously announced in April 2019, resulted in an exchange of shares, warrants, and rights between the organizations.
Founded in 2013, BPGIC is an oil storage and services business based in the Port of Fujairah, United Arab Emirates with the goal of becoming the largest oil storage and services business in the region.
Brooge Holdings' ordinary shares and warrants began trading on the NASDAQ Stock Market on Monday, December 23, 2019 under the ticker symbols BROG and BROGW, respectively. The company will file reports and other documents with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a foreign private issuer, and will report its financial information in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards, as adopted by the International Accounting Standards Board.
