K&L Gates Represents Bluestone Bank on Strategic Partnership With Mutual Bancorp

Global law firm K&L Gates LLP is advising Bluestone Bank in connection with its proposed strategic partnership with Mutual Bancorp, the parent company of Cape Cod 5 and Fidelity Bank. The addition of Bluestone Bank to the Mutual Bancorp family would create an $8.6 billion-asset organization. The multi-bank holding company model is designed to advance the strategic growth of each bank while maintaining their local brands and community-focused missions. The partnership is expected to close in the third quarter of 2026, subject to regulatory approval and other customary closing conditions.
