K&L Gates Successfully Defends Sectigo Against Wrongful Termination Claim in Federal Court
Global law firm K&L Gates successfully defended Sectigo, Inc., a global digital security solutions company, in a federal bench trial. A former employee filed a wrongful termination suit against Sectigo in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, Austin Division, claiming damages and injunctive relief under the Texas Labor Code and Age Discrimination in Employment Act.
