Prior to joining the firm, Katherine was an associate at an international law firm where she focused on representing public and private clients on general corporate matters, buy and sell side mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, debt and equity financing transactions, and financial restructuring and bankruptcy matters. Katherine also spent time on secondment with a large sovereign wealth fund on their direct investment platform which focused on investment opportunities in sectors including technology, health care and life sciences, consumer, financial services, energy and sustainability, and business services.
