Through her current role, Katherine serves as the e-DAT point of contact for the Southeastern firm offices. She is proficient in a number of e-discovery analytics tools and review platforms. Her practice focuses on e-discovery and methods for imploring technologies for efficient and cost effective document review. She oversees and manages small and large-scale document review projects. Katherine also works closely with partners and associates on early case assessments, collections, review protocols, and processes. Katherine is responsible for responding to third party subpoenas and RFPs, productions in federal and state courts, managing client audits, complex litigation oversight, and assisting with client internal investigations. Prior to her position as a staff lawyer, Katherine was a review lawyer at the firm. Katherine holds a reveal review certification, and is a member of the e-DAT relativity one implementation committee.
