Kathleen is an EU regulatory lawyer with public affairs experience. She focuses on Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), trade, and other regulatory matters. Kathleen regularly conducts legal analyses in matters concerning EU regulatory law, notably in relation to FDI and trade compliance. She has experience conducting multi-jurisdictional FDI screening assessments and has assisted in FDI filings.
In her policy role, Kathleen focuses on digital, technology (i.e., artificial intelligence), and energy regulation.
