Prior to joining the firm, Kathryn worked at a London law firm where she focused on corporate transactions. She worked on a wide variety of work, including cross-border and domestic share and asset acquisitions and disposals (including by way of auction), company reorganizations, joint ventures, listings, negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, and general advisory work for public and private companies. Kathryn also has experience in the mergers and acquisitions department, working closely on multi-jurisdictional work and coordinating large transactions across departments and offices.
Kathryn previously spent her time working at K&L Gates where she was heavily involved in marketing and developing client relationships, giving talks, and presenting seminars in the United States.
