Keian Vahedy

Keian Vahedy is a trial attorney and experienced litigator. As a member of the Commercial Disputes practice, he focuses on representing individuals and businesses in high-stakes commercial litigation in the areas of business, entertainment, and real estate. His work primarily involves claims of breach of contract, fraud, unfair business practices, negligence, employment, and business torts.

Keian is experienced in every aspect of the litigation process, from case evaluation through trial. Prior to joining the firm, Keian was an associate at a Century City-based law firm, where he focused his practice on commercial litigation. He has obtained multi-million-dollar settlements and judgments on behalf of his clients and is committed to being a fierce advocate and practical problem solver.

Keian’s reorientation extends to clients ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies related to commercial contract disputes, unfair business practices, employment violations, developer and owner liability, and catastrophic injury. He has taken and defended hundreds of depositions, mediated scores of cases, and has extensively argued various case facts, precedents, and legal nuances to obtain early dismissals and no-fault judgments in state and federal court. Each of the aforementioned have fostered a deep appreciation for his role as a counselor and advocate for his clients, as Keian enjoys handling complex cases involving substantial risk and exposure.

Keian completed his undergraduate studies and graduated magna cum laude from Chapman University. He received his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles. While at Loyola, Keian served on the Loyola of Los Angeles International and Comparative Law Review journal and Scott Moot Court Honors Board. Two of Keian’s most rewarding work experiences during law school were his judicial externships serving both the Honorable Ronald S.W. Lew at the Central District Court of California and the Honorable Luis A. Lavin at the Second District California Court of Appeal. In his spare time, Keian volunteered at the Learning Rights Center in downtown Los Angeles, where he helped children with learning disabilities obtain proper accommodations and equal treatment in their respective schools.
