Khilen Devani

Khilen Devani is a partner in the firm’s Corporate practice. He focuses on public and private mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings (both debt and equity), corporate advisory matters, joint venture arrangements and shareholder disputes, corporate reconstructions and head office / governance matters. 

Known for his pragmatic and commercial approach, Khilen is a trusted adviser to his clients. He plays a pivotal role in complex corporate and commercial transactions, advising on structuring and strategy and leading negotiations. Khilen has deep experience across a range of industry sectors including health, technology, infrastructure, energy and resources and financial services.

Prior to joining the firm, Khilen has worked as a Partner in two national firms (including as a Board member) and before that in the Corporate team at Allens. Khilen's experience also includes working as In-house Legal Counsel for Virgin Australia and as a Consultant (Tax) at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. During this time, he has acted on some of the largest and most significant multi-billion dollar deals in the Australian market.
