Landon Sullivan is a counsel in the firm's Real Estate practice. He is a pragmatic real estate transactions lawyer with over a decade of combined in-house and private practice experience counseling clients in connection with various transaction types (including leases, acquisitions and dispositions, mortgage-based financing, and economic development incentives) and essentially all asset classes (ranging from industrial, data center, retail, office, and other commercial uses to multifamily and mixed uses).
Prior to joining the firm, Landon was senior counsel at another law firm where he focused his practice on all facets of real estate leasing, acquisition, and development transactions. He has worked with Fortune 100 companies in conducting due diligence and feasibility analyses, advising on land use and entitlements matters, negotiating contracts, and overseeing and coordinating complex closings.
Landon also served as senior corporate counsel for a multinational e-commerce company where he led an in-house legal team that provided legal support for all real estate leasing, acquisition, and development transactions and asset management issues for facilities comprising the first, middle, and last mile segments of the e-commerce company's customer fulfillment network.
