Lauren joined K&L Gates as a paralegal in the Finance practice group in 2023. Lauren completed the graduate program in 2024 working in the corporate, technology, sourcing and privacy, and labour, employment and workplace safety groups where she gained exposure to complex commercial contract preparation and negotiation, acquisitions and disposals, corporate advisory and other transactional advice, technology, cybersecurity, and privacy, employment, industrial relations, and safety matters for clients in a variety of sectors. During her graduate year, Lauren also completed a part-time secondment to an ASX-listed financial services company.
